As part of our effort to make communicating with us easier, the Research Computing team has a new email address: rchelp@northeastern.edu. The researchcomputing@northeastern.edu address will be phased out by the end of September. When you email us at rchelp@northeastern.edu, a ServiceNow ticket will automatically be generated so that we can address your issue as quickly as possible.

Along with our new email address, you can also go directly to ServiceNow and submit a ticket. You can select from our catalog in ServiceNow to submit a ticket for a specific issue, such as requesting an account, help with installing software on Discovery as well as many other services that we provide.

Miniconda3 – from Discovery to Explorer

If you have a Miniconda3 installation in your /work directory on Discovery, you may need to make some changes to continue to use those same Miniconda environments on Explorer.
